about
Developed during the Google Business Training Program, this concept project explores Google Calendar as a proactive AI scheduling assistant that turns scattered information into actionable plans and supports group coordination, conflict resolution, and follow-up.
As the lead of a four-person team, I guided research encompassing 113 survey responses, 10 interviews, and competitive analysis. These insights informed end-to-end user flows, 30+ high-fidelity screens, and reusable UI components. I refined the design through prototype usability testing to improve scheduling efficiency while preserving privacy and user control.
